• Customer Service

Since we are a specialty destination store, the Doc Shoppe has the flexibility to give each customer superior service when it comes to the selection of our products.  Individually, each sales representative takes the time to serve each customer to suit their footwear needs.

 

It's a unique approach that the Doc Shoppe that isn't featured at the mall or through internet shopping.  Our knowledge of the product will allow you to buy a pair of comfortable shoes that specifically fits your style, preference, and look.

 

• Return Policy

We work to ensure customer satisfaction.  If you are unhappy with your purchase from the Doc Shoppe for any reason, you can return the unworn pair of shoes for afull store credit.  If you mistakenly purchased an incorrect size, hopefully we have the right size in stock or we can special order the right size for you.

 

Essentially, as long as the product isn't worn outdoors, we can accept the return.  If you're unsure if you want to keep your shoes, please try wearing them indoors.  We cannot accept a return on shoes worn outdoors.
